Prepare as much as I can to launch the new department in 2019. Considering ;

  • How to deliver & how much does it cost?
  • What if client doesn’t pay well, how to solve it?
  • What if client is broken down, how to deal with it?
  • Documents (Contract, Bank, Shipment, Custom)
  • Deep understanding of sales department’s working process
  • How many ways of making deal?
  • Office location, how many employees & salary
