Went to Miracle company to have look how do they manage there’s.
Miracle uses a yellow color of tape instead of paint for the factory line. I think it is more efficient. Also, they manage people better than us. They clean the out surface of the machine everyday, and every time when they need to open the machine, they also clean the inside of the glass. In this way, they can keep the machine very clean. Moreover, they had professional cleaning equipment for floor cleaning. The machine not only clean the floor but also polish the floor at the same time. They even use the machine several times per day, not like us clean once per day with normal cleaning tools. Educating and managing employees is really important.
Tablet arrived. Used after I came back from the Miracle. had minor problem at the beginning, but it fixed now. Still need a lot time but, works got efficient now.
